Headquartered in the heart of Newark, Baldwin Equities is an impact investment consulting firm focused on forging partnerships between nonprofits, impact investors and socially conscious private developers to pursue innovative projects and project delivery models that create effective, efficient, and equitable real estate development.  Baldwin Equities was founded when its principals realized that the disconnect for many social impact projects was the perceived financial risk of failure. The projects tend to be viewed as higher-risk with a lower (financial) return.  Baldwin Equities has a dual mandate of generating measurable social change and market-rate financial returns. And although impact investment is not a new concept, our approach is unique because we aim to offer each project a unique toolkit of financing options and leverage our experience, capacity, and patience to aid you in realizing your organization's vision for your project that is at the intersection of innovation, impact and profit.
